We'll miss you, Memere :(

Ben and I took a last minute, unexpected trip to Nova Scotia recently.

My grandmother/Ben's great grandmother (my mom's mom) passed away. We booked our flight on October 10th and flew home the next day. I'm sad that Ben won't have an opportunity to know her as I did, but I will always have photos and stories to share. Some of my best childhood memories are times spent with Memere and my great aunt Margaret. Both were incredibly sweet, lovely women, and Memere will be forever loved and missed by our family, as is Margaret.
