Oh my god! He's not even two and he's a video game addict!

Daddy decided to take the opportunity to introduce Ben to the XBox last week and Ben has been relentless ever since. Nic's been showing him Burnout 2 (because Ben is a huge fan of cars), and as a result Ben has learned to work the controller somewhat; when you tell him to pull the trigger to "make the car go" he does, and he takes great delight in the car crashes. He can also turn the XBox on and remove the game. Lord help me.

Mo-mo Daddy

It was the cutest thing. I was talking to Nic on the phone this afternoon while he was at work. (He had been using up some vacation days and was home the past week.) I knew Ben was missing Daddy, so I put him on the phone to "chat". When I took the phone back Ben was quick to ask for "mo-mo Daddy" (complete with the "more" sign). He wanted more of his Daddy. *howincrediblysweetisthat?* So I gave him back the phone, and every time I took it back the request for "mo-mo Daddy" came. It was the most adorable thing. I've seen him ask for "mo-mo strawberries" and "mo-mo cars", but never "mo-mo *anyone*". And it's the first time I've ever seen him make the telephone connection.
